Housing Performance & Learning Lead

Luton Council is seeking an experienced Performance & Learning Officer to drive performance improvement, regulatory compliance and learning across Housing Operations. The role focuses on data analysis, policy alignment and cross department collaboration to ensure responsive, resident centred services.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage FOI/SAR requests, and support IT developments while promoting innovation and best practice within the council.
