Housing Pathways Coach - Help Families Secure Homes

Crosscare in Dublin is seeking a Housing Case Worker to admit residents, complete assessments, and identify suitable housing options from the Family Hub in Drumcondra. The role is full-time, 38.5 hours per week, on a 7 day rota including evenings and weekends.

You will help residents secure tenancies, arrange viewings, liaise with landlords, understand HAP terms, and coordinate with local services; a Level 7 degree and housing-related qualifications are required, plus experience in homelessness
