Housing Officer: Tenancy & Resident Services

Sanctuary Group in Ely, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Housing Officer to join the Housing team. You will manage a patch of social housing properties, ensure safety and attractiveness, and conduct tenancies in a fair and compliant manner.

You will deliver high quality housing management services, provide tenancy support, and work with external agencies to safeguard tenant welfare. The role is 37.5 hours weekly, with a salary of £34,235 rising to £36,037 after 12 months, plus benefits.
