Housing Navigator: Street Outreach to Stable Tenancy

Barca-Leeds is seeking a Housing Navigator to support people who are or have been homeless. The role works in outreach, with small caseloads and a person-centred approach to empower tenancy sustainment and reduce repeat homelessness.

The successful candidate will engage pro-actively, use creative solutions to remove barriers, and act as a key contact to meet individual needs. The role is fixed term until 31/03/2028.
