Housing Navigator: Build Path to Stable Tenancy

Barca Leeds is seeking a Housing Navigator to work in outreach with people who are homeless or have histories of rough sleeping. You will provide person-centred support, build relationships and empower tenants to sustain their tenancy.

The role is fixed-term until 31 March 2028. You will be proactive, creative in removing barriers, and act as a consistent point of contact to meet individual needs, delivering positive outcomes with dignity and respect.
