Housing Maintenance Inspector: Inspections, Repairs & Compliance

Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking a Maintenance Inspector to join our Maintenance Team. You will inspect properties, diagnose repair needs, and plan and specify works across our housing stock, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

The role involves managing contractor performance, monitoring service quality and ensuring compliance with health and safety and housing legislation, while delivering excellent customer care to tenants and residents.
