Housing Location Manager (Part-Time) - Senior Living

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Housing Location Manager to oversee properties at Rose Court, Cheshunt. The role focuses on helping older residents live independently, safely and with a sense of belonging within a community.

The position is permanent and part-time (25 hours per week) with a salary of £29,870 per year. You will manage lettings, rents, repairs and compliance, while building rapport with residents and coordinating with internal and external teams.
