Housing Disrepair Team Leader Liverpool

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair professional to join a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm as a Housing Disrepair Team Leader.

This role would suit an ambitious senior fee earner, litigation executive or existing team leader looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and well-established Housing Disrepair department.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will play a key role in supervising and developing a team of litigators whilst maintaining involvement in a varied caseload of pre and post-litigated Housing Disrepair matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting a team of Housing Disrepair fee earners.
  • Managing workloads and ensuring cases progress efficiently.
  • Conducting regular 1-2-1s and supporting staff development.
  • Driving performance and maintaining service standards.
  • Managing your own caseload of Housing Disrepair matters.
  • Providing technical support and guidance on Housing Conditions claims.
  • Supporting the continued growth and success of the department.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Previous Housing Disrepair experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions litigation.
  • Experience handling litigated matters.
  • Supervisory, mentoring or team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commercial approach whilst maintaining exceptional client care.
  • Personal Injury experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
