Housing Condition Officer - Damp & Disrepair Response

Swindon Borough Council invites applications for a Property Condition Housing Officer to help ensure every council home is safe, healthy and well-maintained. You will manage a designated housing patch and be a visible, trusted contact for tenants, working with surveyors, contractors and housing teams to address disrepair and mould.

You will visit tenants to assess issues, provide advice, raise and monitor repair orders, support vulnerable residents and help deliver the Damp and Mould Strategy
