Housing Complaints Investigator - Backlog Clearance (3 days/wk)

Essential Employment in Wembley is seeking an individual to help clear a backlog of stage 1 complaints related to housing needs, homelessness, and temporary accommodation. The role involves working 3 days a week in the office, with Monday as a statutory day.

The ideal candidate should have experience in local authority and homelessness complaints, as well as knowledge of relevant housing legislation such as the Housing Act 96 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2018.
