Housing & Support Assistant - Front Desk & Wellbeing

YMCA St Paul's Group is seeking a Housing and Support Assistant to join our Housing, Care & Support team in Harrow. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering high-quality customer service and comprehensive information and holistic advice.

Your duties include reception tasks, mail handling, repairs coordination, payments, and maintaining building safety; you will also act as first aider and fire marshal, with wellbeing checks and patrols as part of shifts.
