Housing & Independence Link Worker

You Matter is seeking a Link Worker based at Florence House in Liverpool. The role involves Intensive Housing Management, building therapeutic relationships with service users, delivering activity-based interventions, and helping residents prepare to resettle in the community.

You will also assist with housing benefit applications, work with the support-worker team, and keep accurate records. This is a full-time role with a three-on-three-off rota (12-hour shifts) at Florence House.
