Housing & Independence Coach for Vulnerable Tenants

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Housing Support worker to provide tailored housing-related support across the borough. You will assess eligibility, develop and agree support plans, and deliver proactive, client-focused assistance to help vulnerable tenants sustain independent living.

The role requires at least two years in housing or related fields, a good understanding of housing/social care legislation, and an Enhanced DBS check.
