Housing & Council Tax Benefits Assessor

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Revenues and Benefits Assessment Officer to join the Revenues and Benefits Service. You will assess entitlement to housing benefit, council tax support and other welfare benefits, reviewing customers' personal and financial circumstances and providing clear guidance.

You will manage a caseload, maximise eligible entitlements, and work with colleagues to recover debts where needed.
