Job Description

As a Housing Advisor, you will be committed to supporting our clients through their recovery and developing greater resilience and wellbeing. This role will offer a personalised approach to accessing welfare and housing-related advice and information, through casework, workshops and advice surgeries.

What you'll do

  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide 1:1 interventions
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual strengths, need, and employment goals.
  • Develop SMART action plans that guide clients through their employment journey.
  • Provide practical assistance with job search skills, including CV writing, applications, and interview preparation.
