Housekeeping Team Member - AberdeenPay Rate: £13.90 per hour
Location: St Peter Studios, Aberdeen
Start Date: 4 August 2026
Assignment: Ongoing temporary assignment

Pertemps is recruiting an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Team Member to support a busy student accommodation site in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience who takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am - 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas, including kitchens, lounges, corridors, stairwells and other shared spaces.
• Service and prepare student bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
• Carry out routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising.
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following COSHH procedures.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and customer service at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is essential.
• Experience in hotels, residential properties, student accommodation or domestic housekeeping is desirable.
• Familiarity with COSHH regulations and the safe use of cleaning products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
