Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas
• Substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence
• Share responsibility for the housekeeping team, including internal staff and external cleaning companies, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Train and coach the team, ensuring that the established quality standards are maintained and followed
• Assist in coordinating external cleaning companies, handling orders, and checking delivery bills
• Work hand in hand with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest wishes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position
• A passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail
• Confident presentation, bringing joy to the workplace; humor is a natural skill
• Enjoy working with international guests and ability to respond to diverse needs
• Fluency in English
