Along with the Room Attendants, you have the unique opportunity to make a guest's stay memorable. The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect the room before the guests arrive to ensure the room is the best it can be. This position will delegate any issues to the appropriate departments and act accordingly to remove the room from inventory. The housekeeping supervisor will also train room attendants to ensure the standards of cleanliness are met. Assign tasks, plan, provide all necessary training and handle customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Maintaining inventory.
• Assign housekeeping tasks.
• Provide necessary training.
• Schedule appropriately with Housekeeping Manager.
• Control and ship lost and found items in a timely manner.
• Use time management skills.
• Use problem solving skills.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Update status of guest rooms to appropriate departments.

• Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions.
