The Person

Willing to share experiences and knowledge with the team to ensure we encourage and never discourage, passionate about developing team, be an ambassador of our values Cultured, Devoted and Person Centred.

The Role

To oversee the daily housekeeping operations of the team, ensuring our Guests feel like they are our extended family. Assist with making The Fellows House Glisten, whilst allowing the team to grow and develop current skills while embracing new skill sets.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with the team to discuss their day's duties
• Work allocation reports completed
• Front of House Areas quality checked against set criteria
• Arrival bedrooms set and ready for our guests
• Training of current and new team to allow self growth of the team
• Discuss The Fellows House Values
• Report any concerns to Housekeeping Manager

Requirements

• UK citizen or valid work permit
• Proficient numeracy and literacy skills
• 3 years previous experience of a senior management role in a Hilton product using OnQ
• Proven ability to oversee the Rooms Division and manage costs effectively.
• In depth knowledge of Health and Safety Laws
• Sales and Marketing aptitude
