Housekeeping Supervisor - Maternity Cover

LGB - The Grand Brighton is a Limited Edition hotel, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio. The Housekeeping Supervisor will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the housekeeping department, supervise day to day operations, and ensure that all guests receive memorable experiences.

You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, embodying the company vision, mission and values, while treating colleagues with respect, dignity and fairness.

• Work alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the Leonardo standard in the hotel.
• Train new team members, ensuring everyone feels confident in their role.
• Collaborate with other departments to bring a warm, customer focused personality to the workplace.
• Inspect rooms, maintain stock levels and keep an eye on details.
• Create and distribute room lists to the team, aligning productivity with targets and inspiring the team to exceed guest expectations.
