Housekeeping Staff

Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Qualification Required: Minimum equivalent to A Levels
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year preferred (Training will be provided)
• Salary: £12.21 - per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean windows as required
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and minibar items
• Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Respect guests' privacy and interact professionally at all times

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a team
• Good physical stamina: must be able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
