Join Sodexo as a Housekeeping Operative and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our facilities through high-quality cleaning and service delivery. You will act as a proud ambassador for Sodexo on site, helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all building users. This role requires a proactive, customer focused individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels, while maintaining high standards and supporting the continuous improvement of our service offer.

What you'll do:

• Deliver a 5 star customer service experience to users within the allocated floor plate area
• Ensure site rules are followed and support building users in maintaining compliance
• Report all faults and issues promptly to the relevant service partner or Site Services Manager
• Carry out scheduled cleaning to a high standard in line with Sodexo service scope, including office workstations and equipment
• Maintain high levels of hygiene across communal kitchenettes, vending areas, and front of house spaces
• Manage waste disposal and segregation in line with hygiene and environmental standards, while supporting service improvements and sustainability initiatives
