Housekeeping Operative - part time, 20 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a part time Housekeeping Operative for 20 hours per week. Team members work over a 7 day working week as per the rota set by the Housekeeping Operations Manager.

The shifts are usually rostered for five days per week. Some overtime will be required throughout the year, more often during our conference periods (outside of term time).

The role involves cleaning designated areas of the college, including student accommodation, meeting rooms, offices, toilets and public areas on a daily basis under the supervision of the Housekeeping Management Team. Team members must ensure the highest level of housekeeping standards in the designated areas.

Applicants must be flexible, able to work as part of a team, and have a 'can do' attitude. Cleaning experience is preferred but we will provide training. Excellent communication skills are essential.
