As Housekeeping Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, high cleanliness standards, and outstanding service across the hotel. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, detail-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, evening service schedules, team task allocation, and special projects to ensure smooth departmental performance.Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, room assignments, cleaning schedules, lost property, engineering requests, and housekeeping projects.Act as the central point of communication between housekeeping, hotel departments, guests, and external suppliers, ensuring information and requests are managed efficiently.Support guest satisfaction by handling housekeeping requests, resolving concerns promptly, and coordinating with relevant departments to deliver outstanding service.Drive quality, compliance, and administration standards through inspections, reporting, inventory and lost property management, health and safety adherence, and general departmental administration.About You:You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience within a hotel or hospitality environment. A proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service are essential.
