Housekeeper (Bank) - Goring Hall Hospital - Bank Shifts - Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis; you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence, covering shifts/hours Monday to Sunday 05:00-21:00.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake in the day to day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested.
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
