House Visitor Experience Lead

Waddesdon Manor seeks an experienced Assistant Visitor Experience Manager to lead the House-based Visitor Experience team at Buckinghamshire. You'll act as duty manager for the House, directing staff and volunteers, and ensuring consistent access, presentation and service with visitors at the heart of operations.

You'll recruit, coach and develop people, manage rostas, brief teams daily and maintain high standards of presentation in a busy public-facing site.
