House Lead: Elevate Client Care & Independence

Inspiring Support in Ipswich is seeking a House Lead (Key Worker) to coordinate day-to-day care in our supported living services. You will work with the Team Leader to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and wellbeing.

You will serve as the primary Key Worker for allocated individuals, maintain accurate records, and ensure care aligns with CQC standards and organisational policies.
