As our next Hotel Team Leader, you

A little more information:

  • Participate in the hotel's organisation and manage the Front of House and Food & Beverage Team.
  • Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the Assistant Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services.
  • Focus on quality and ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty through handling complaints and coming up with solutions, analysing and replying to guest feedback.
  • Administration responsibility with invoicing, cash operations and activity reports, and carry out inventories in compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
  • Are result driven and understand what needs to be done to achieve the hotel goals.

Our hotel offers 84 rooms and is within easy reach of London's iconic attractions. The hotel has recently been refurbished with a charming, contemporary design and quirky touches throughout. Rooms are subtly inspired by the London Underground. Understanding things from our guest's perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one night stay for you to experience this first hand.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (a second language would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - a strong team player.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Creative, innovative, dynamic, result oriented and self motivated.
  • High organizational planning, follow up, presentation and reporting skills.
  • Able to use Opera Cloud at an advanced level.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization.
