Hotel Supervisor: Lead Guest Experience & Front of House

Welcome Break is seeking a Hotel Supervisor for our Ramada Newport Pagnell location. In this full time role you'll support the Hotel Manager to deliver high standards, ensure a warm welcome and smooth guest experience, and help run the hotel efficiently even when busy.

You'll manage reception, housekeeping and maintenance on shift, plan rotas, monitor costs and stock, and act as duty manager when needed to maintain guest satisfaction and safety.
