Qualifications
  • Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
  • Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
  • Setting up for Meeting & Events.
  • Running / working Meeting & Events.
  • Liaising with the team with regards to guest requirement to ensure smooth running of the day.
