Job Description
This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and handling enquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for checking in late arrivals and walk ins.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome to all guests.
- Perform cleaning tasks within the front of house, external, and breakfast areas, and set up meeting rooms and breakfast for the next day.
- Prioritise guest and business safety and security at all times.
- Evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly in the event of a fire.
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure a positive stay.
