Hotel Sous Chef - Live-In Role with Growth & Perks

Lloyd Recruitment Services is recruiting an experienced Hotel Sous Chef to join a professional kitchen team on the outskirts of East Grinstead.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, hygiene standards and guest satisfaction while managing stock, food costs and team performance. Live-in accommodation is available and the salary is up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
