ResponsibilitiesAs a Security Team Member you will work behind the scenes and on the front line to ensure the hotel is a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues. Your duties include:
- Carrying out regular patrols
- Monitoring CCTV
- Managing access control
- Responding to incidents as they arise
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety and security regulations
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, including Sunday and Monday evenings with late finishes
- Prev. experience as a Security Officer in a hotel, leisure or customer facing environment preferred
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Strong understanding of safety and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professionalism when liaising with stakeholders and willingness to learn and collaborate across the hotel team
