Overview

Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon, blending grand Victorian architecture with contemporary design to create vibrant, personal stays.

Responsibilities

As a Security Team Member you will work behind the scenes and on the front line to ensure the hotel is a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues. Your duties include:

  • Carrying out regular patrols
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Managing access control
  • Responding to incidents as they arise
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety and security regulations
Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, including Sunday and Monday evenings with late finishes
  • Prev. experience as a Security Officer in a hotel, leisure or customer facing environment preferred
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Strong understanding of safety and emergency procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Professionalism when liaising with stakeholders and willingness to learn and collaborate across the hotel team
