Hotel Sales Office Manager - Bonus Eligible & Growth

HR-CL Limited in Watford is seeking a Hotel Sales Office Manager to lead the sales team, converting inquiries into bookings and coordinating with operations to ensure exceptional event experiences for weddings, meetings and conferences at a venue on 22 acres of Hertfordshire parkland.

Base salary around £40,000 with up to 10% KPI bonus, predominantly Monday-Friday with some weekend flexibility, 28 days annual leave, pension, free on-site parking and extensive employee perks across the Group.
