The four-star Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is recruiting a Revenue Manager to lead our rooms revenue strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data and can turn booking trends into clear decisions on pricing, availability and distribution.
You'll work closely with our Commercial, Reservations, Sales and Front Office teams to grow rooms revenue across corporate, leisure and group business.
About the roleWhat you'll do
Set and adjust room rates, availability and booking restrictions based on demand, booking pace and competitor activity.
Prepare rooms revenue forecasts and track occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Manage room inventory across direct and third-party booking channels, keeping rates and availability accurate.
Work with Sales and Reservations to assess group enquiries and agree rates and room allocations, particularly on high-demand dates.
Lead regular revenue reviews and give the management team clear recommendations on where to build demand or protect rates.
Contribute to the annual rooms budget and identify opportunities to grow direct bookings and improve the mix of business.
What we're looking for
Experience in hotel revenue management or in a reservations or commercial role with direct responsibility for pricing, forecasting and inventory.
Confidence using Excel, hotel property management systems, channel managers and online travel agency extranets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain what the numbers mean and what action to take.
A collaborative approach and the confidence to make timely decisions as demand changes.
Experience with OPERA Cloud is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Dublin hotel market is an advantage.
