Hotel Receptionist

Location

The Bath Priory is located in Bath, a short walk from the city centre with a bus stop right outside.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist to provide outstanding service and hospitality. You will manage front desk operations, greet and assist guests throughout their stay, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Host guests from check in to check out, including booking tables and providing local recommendations.
• Ensure all guests have a memorable experience.
• Collaborate across departments and help team members as needed.
