About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Manage reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about the hotel, facilities, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is an advantage.
