As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel-creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

• Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest enquiries in person and over the phone
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly with a positive approach
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple departments, helping you grow into a well-rounded hospitality professional.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Basic computer proficiency for booking and front desk systems
• Additional language skills

• Normal Hours - 9am 5pm however, flexibility needed to be given to this.
• Wednesday & Saturday Shifts
