Hotel Porter

Relais & Chateau at Thornbury Castle are seeking a Hotel Porter to join our professional and hardworking Front of House team. You will be working in a unique and beautifully restored Castle creating truly memorable and impressive 5 experiences for our guests.

Pay & Hours

• £12.71 per hour
• Permanent position
• Shift times between 12:00 noon and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests arriving at the hotel
• Assisting with handling guests' luggage
• Helping to escort guests to their rooms
• Answering any guest queries, directing them to the correct department where necessary
• Helping to keep guest and public areas clean and tidy
• Working closely with other staff to ensure the safety of guests
• Assisting with room deliveries such as room service or extra amenities

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be a reliable team member
