Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a luxury boutique Hotel, near Falmouth, Cornwall. The client is seeking an operations manager, to work closely with the general manager in leading a high end Hotel, with a fine dining setting.

The successful Hotel Operations Manager will ideally have a strong background in F+B, and will be at the forefront of the smooth running of Hotel operations, at a popular establishment in Falmouth, Cornwall. The successful Hotel Operations Manager will oversee the seamless integration of operations, including front office, housekeeping, F+B, with the primary focus to maintain and elevating the customer journey throughout.

Hotel Operations Manager responsibilities to include;

• Maintain a hands on presence across all departments, to ensure the highest of standards.
• Mentor and develop heads of department, fostering a culture of accountability, growth and genuine care.
• Working with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef, overseeing supplier relationships and F+B costs.
• Implement upselling strategies and working with heads of department to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Working with the GM to manage room rates/occupancy levels, to ensure the highest possible financial performance.
