Hotel Operations Manager - F&B & Events Leader

De Vere Latimer Estate in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join our leadership team. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day hotel operations, driving service standards across Food & Beverage and Conference & Events.

You'll lead Reception, Nights, Housekeeping and Maintenance, develop your teams, manage payroll and costs, and ensure high guest experiences.
