Hotel Operations Leader: Deputy General Manager

The Rex is seeking a Deputy General Manager to oversee hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction across a busy property. You will work with the General Manager to ensure standards are met, mentor staff, and lead cross department collaboration to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will be the face of the hotel operation, setting expectations, inspecting rooms, and coordinating with HR for staff development and team activities. This role offers progression within the Leonardo Hotels family.
