Hotel Operations Leader - Guest Experience & Growth

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations. You will report to the General Manager and guide Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Maintenance, coordinating with our outsourced Housekeeping partner to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience in a Branded upscale setting.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, maintain Hilton standards, and develop
