Hotel Operations Leader - Drive Guest Experience & Growth

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels' The Bailey's Hotel in London is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our operational teams following an internal promotion. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and assist with strategic planning to optimise hotel performance.

You will deputise in the absence of the Cluster GM and focus on delivering exceptional guest service while developing the product and guest propositions to maintain a top position in the London market.
