Hotel Operations Lead - Guest Experience

The Zetter is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across front-of-house and back-of-house during shifts. You will lead teams, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and service standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced boutique-hospitality environment. Evening and weekend cover is expected.
