Hotel Manager: Lead Teams to Elevate Guest Experience

Travelodge Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate hotel teams on a full-time basis. You will develop personal growth plans, recruit staff, and ensure brand-standard food service where applicable.

You will drive customer satisfaction by guiding operations, managing rotas, health & safety, and delivering KPIs through your team, with emphasis on guest experience and engagement.
