Hotel Manager: Lead Teams & Elevate Guest Experience

Travelodge Bristol Severn View M48 is seeking an Hotel Manager to lead and develop a team, drive guest satisfaction and deliver brand standards. You will recruit, induct and coach team members, oversee operations including food & beverage where applicable, and actively manage performance and health & safety.

You will foster career development, drive upselling opportunities, monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to ensure a consistent, high-quality stay for all customers.
