Hotel Manager: Lead Team to Outstanding Guest Experience

Travelodge Glossop is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel teams on a full-time or part-time basis. You will drive customer experience and operational standards to deliver value for guests and the brand.

You will recruit, develop personal development plans, manage rosters, and oversee health & safety, banking and maintenance while striving to hit KPI targets and Upsell opportunities across Food & Beverage where applicable.
