Hotel Manager - Elevate Guest Experience & Operations

The Bailey's Hotel, part of Millennium Hotels and Resorts, is seeking a Hotel Manager in London to lead operational teams following an internal promotion. You will oversee day-to-day hotel operations and assist with strategic planning to elevate the guest experience.

Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will deputise when needed and drive profitability while developing a high-performing team focused on service excellence across all departments.
