Maintenance Manager (Hotel Engineering)

What You'll Do

• Oversee hotel building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration)
• Manage preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance
• Lead and schedule the engineering team
• Manage budgets and capital projects
• Maintain property standards and equipment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer (hotel preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Understanding of OSHA and building codes
• Leadership and team development experience
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to pass background check
